We moved our girls to two different new apartments two weekends in a row, and I am so please to have their new places immortalized in scrapbook layouts!

Here's another fun birthday card I made and sent to someone recently. I used scraps from the now retired Wildflower Birthdays collection to make a double easel card.
I stamped the sentiment from the With You in Mind stamp set in Soft Sea Foam and Pool Party, then fussy cut around the edges.
This card uses the Floral Impressions DSP and bundle (stamp set and coordinating dies) with Strawberry Slush, Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Darling Duckling, and Old Olive.
Be sure to decorate the inside of your card and the outside of your envelope! I added Pecan Pie for the flower centers.
The Happy sentiment is from the Layered Thoughts stamp set, and the birthday letters were die cut with the Alphabet a la Mode dies.
Earlier this month I was able to complete my August highlights scrapbook layout thanks to the amazing virtual Month-by-Month Album Retreat (still available, while supplies last HERE, with an invite to a private Facebook page with teaching videos).
It was fun blending ink on the rays to make them pop!
The clouds and some of the circle accents also got a little blending love.
The right page uses flip flaps to add more photos to tell our story. It was a big month for us! Can you see how the thread connects the photos to the journaling?

This card is the first card of four that my lovely ladies and I made at my September monthly card class. (Please reach out if you'd like to know more! This card features the gorgeous Earthen Toned Metallics 12"x12" Specialty Paper dry embossed with the Peaceful Greenery 3-D embossing folder. (Don't you love how a Christmas-themed suite can also be used for fall?) I stamped the sentiment from the With You in Mind stamp set with Pecan Pie ink on the Very Vanilla die cut label. I cut the Pecan Pie sprig from the coordinating Peaceful Garden dies and the Crushed Curry sprig from the (retired) Perennial Lavender dies. I stamped the leaves from past Paper Pumpkin kits in Cajun Craze and Mossy Meadow then fussy cut. I finished with Streaked Dots and some linen thread.

This month we are highlighting a favorite product of mine, flip flaps!
On the left page, I used a 4x6 flip flap to reveal a smaller photo and hidden journaling. (The large journaling box actually has a lot of journaling, including our daughter's new address that I didn't want to share publicly.)
The techniques you'll learn with the Virtual Album Retreat videos provide such great value to the bundle! I think I'm getting pretty good at ink blending! What do you think?

This layout was probably the most challenging one to make, but boy was it fun! I messed up a bit on following directions, but no one will ever know!

This card is much easier to make than it looks at first! At my August card class, we made versions of this triple-layer bridge card using the Kintsugi Inspirations DSP.
See how the large vase acts as a bridge to connect the top and bottom pieces?
For the top card, I stamped the sentiment from With You in Mind in Lagoon and for the second card, in Night of Navy. I kept the inside plain to have plenty of room for a message.

Have you every tried to stretch your DSP (designer series paper) because it's so pretty or handsome that you almost don't want to use it? At my July card class, we took a 3" square of Beautiful Gallery DSP and stretched it to make three 1" x 3" panels that were then mounted on Early Espresso cardstock to create a "window."
I would love to see how you use this concept to stretch other pretty pieces of paper!
This card uses a fun sketch to highlight the Celebratory Sips DSP and an inky ombre technique with Strawberry Slush, Berry Burst, and Blackberry Bliss inks. I used a Nested Essential die cut and also fussy cut the "to you" sentiment, all from the Layered Thoughts stamp set.
The Timid Tiger Two-Tone cardstock panel was dry embossed with the Beautiful Butterflies hybrid embossing folder. Every card needs an embellishment, and the 25-26 In Color Flat Gems are the perfect finishing touch.
The theme of my August card class was "big stamps to make a big impact" to highlight two cool stamp sets, With You in Mind and Layered Thoughts. The first card uses Layered Thoughts paired with Arched Wishes (ON SALE Last Chance!) and Celebration Expressions Memories & More cards.
This card may look familiar, because it is another take on the fun-fold card I recently shared. I changed the color palette to use our In Color sale items Secret Sea and Cloud Cover, but uses the same design as the recent black-and-white card.
Yesterday I attended some great in-person Stampin’ Up! training for some Tennessee demonstrators who graciously included this Georgia girl, and met some lovely ladies! I love the friendships this crafty community offers. The meeting offered an optional card swap, and I am so glad that I participated in it!

This elegant black and white fun-fold card uses the Beautiful Gallery bundle (stamp set and dies) and features a pretty technique with Two-Tone black cardstock.
I designed this card and offered it at my July card class and ended up sending it to a sweet friend as condolences on the loss of her mother.
This card highlighting Cloud Cover and Secret Sea, two of the 25-27 In Colors (on sale this month!), could be used for so many occasions.
It only uses card stock with stamped images and die cuts from the Beautiful Motifs bundle (stamp set & dies).
