Happy St. Patrick's Day! This shaker card with the March stamp of the month, Precious Moments, is my nod to the holiday.
The rainbow striped paper is from the Storytime collection, and I added gold shimmer trim over the Honey Butter stripe. The shaker window is filled with gold star confetti.
