Here are the five foods every woman should eat:
1. broccoli
2. onions
3. leafy greens (especially kale, spinach, watercress, arugula, cabbage, turnip and collard greens)
4. beans (We already knew they were good for your heart!)
5. wild salmon

Obviously this PSA wasn't brought to you by Lindt, Godiva, Hershey's, nor Nestles. Chocolate should definitely be on the list! I can eat all of the first four, but that last one, blech!

ReplyDeleteChocolate SHOULD be on that list, but maybe it's such a "given" that whoever made the list didn't feel it was necessary to include it!
