Nancy A. designed and taught this fun fold for our final virtual retreat class.
You really need to see this one in person to appreciate its beauty.
We are looking forward to collaborating and doing this again! We will definitely be including more fun folds and techniques in future virtual retreats.
In addition to the projects I'm sharing with you, each of us also included a bonus "tip" video for participants. Here is the pretty card that Darla designed and taught.
I like how it turned out and hope you do too!
Sadly, I needed a sympathy card recently and immediately reached for the Beautiful Gallery DSP and Gallery Blooms stamp set and dies bundle.
I started with a Smoky Slate cardstock base, added a strip of Beautiful Gallery DSP and then the stamped frame (Basic White and Basic Gray cardstock). I die cut the large white spray and two black ones from cardstock to add a little dimension and then finished the card with a white ribbon bow. I kept the card pretty simple and wrote a heartfelt message inside.
I stamped a smaller flower spray from the stamp set on the envelope.
My July 27 card and scrapbooking class will be featuring the Beautiful Gallery suite, and today is the last day to RSVP. Hope you can join us!
April designed and taught this fun sunflower side gate fold card.
Nancy D. designed and taught this pretty card using Blackberry Bliss, Misty Moonlight, and Garden Green.
The talented Wanda taught the next card. I love pink (Strawberry Slush) and green (Garden Green) together!
Thanks to Stampin' Up!, I have met so many lovely papercrafters! A group of seven demonstrators have banded together, calling ourselves the Mauvelous Lollies, and we worked this spring to prepare for our first ever virtual retreat, which was held June 13-14. I think that we all had a lot of fun (so you may see a virtual Christmas retreat coming this fall...)!
We will definitely be making a card in a similar style in an upcoming class! Hope you like it too!
The window is open through August 10 to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin, a monthly crafting subscription box, and receive the August box, Farmhouse Florals. (Learn more HERE!)
This month's box makes nine cards, three each of three designs, featuring whimsical designs with flowers nestled in unexpected places. (I spy with my little eyes a teapot in the stamp set!) This month also includes a free additional stamp set.
The colors in this kit are Calypso Coral, Darling Duckling, Gray Granite, Lost Lagoon, Pecan Pie, and Secret Sea (Classic Stampin' Spot). That's right, with each Paper Pumpkin box, you get a new mini ink pad, and this month is the new In Color, Secret Sea!
Also, don't forget about the optional add-on coordinating dies for this quarter, Circle of Seasons.
Today is my sweet sister-in-law's birthday! I made this card for her with the Year of Flowers stamp set/dies bundle paired with the Seasons of Elegance DSP and Nested Essentials dies.
I used White Willow, Mossy Meadow, and Old Olive cardstock, black ink, and colored pencils. I hope that she was a wonderful day and knows how special she is!
Our final card of our monthly class is always the most advanced, and this one might deceive you at first with its simplicity!
In addition to the Notes & Totes bundle, we added the 3D Waves embossing folder and a tearing technique. The inside is the wow factor!
If you'd like to recreate this yourself, please consider shopping with me HERE if you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. Thank you! Also, my July card and scrapbooking class will be 7/27 at 3 PM in my home. Let me know if you'd like to attend! Or if you'd rather I custom design a class for you and a few friends, let me know!
This card really needs to be viewed in person to see all of the details! I started with that beautiful tote bag die cut from a piece of Beautiful Gallery 6"x6" DSP and filled it with "sprigs" from the Beautiful Motifs dies from that suite.
What is challenging to see here is the 3D damask embossing on the Misty Moonlight and Cloud Cover panels. If you'd like to recreate this yourself, please consider shopping with me HERE if you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. Thank you! Also, if you like this card, then you will probably love my July card and scrapbooking class will be 7/27 at 3 PM in my home. Let me know if you'd like to attend! Or if you'd rather I custom design a class for you and a few friends, let me know!

The Notes and Totes bundle is so fun for summer (although you can be sure I am going to carry it across all seasons this year)! The second card we made featured the bundle (stamp set and dies) paired with Celebratory Sips DSP.
I used Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath, Blackberry Bliss, Garden Green, and White Willow cardstock. The flowers were made with Impressions Abloom dies. I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss (and wish I had tucked it into the tote bag instead of floating it on the card front). If you'd like to recreate this yourself, please consider shopping with me HERE. Thank you! Also, my July card and scrapbooking class will be 7/27 at 3 PM in my home. Let me know if you'd like to attend! Or if you'd rather I custom design a class for you and a few friends, let me know!
Since Stampin' Up! is a side hustle for me, I am not very good at preparing in advance for my classes to advertise the projects we are going to make, and I am very grateful for my faithful friends who trust me to teach classes they will enjoy! (You can always see past projects to see if you'd like to attend.)
The first card we made uses Celebratory Sips DSP. We fussy cut the drinks from a sheet of DSP for a fun celebrate card. (The sentiment is from Beautiful Motifs stamp set, stamped in Blackberry Bliss.)

Happy Independence Day! I made this flag card using Real Red, Night of Navy, and Basic White card stock and the Floral Impressions dies.
The six Real Red stripes measure 5 1/2"x3/4" and the Night of Navy rectangle is 2 1/2"x2". I ended up using 28 of the die cut flowers (which fortunately the two dies each cut three flowers at a time). I'm including this card in the Color Dare #659 challenge to use red and blue.
Wishing you the best today and always!
Who is ready to celebrate the Fourth of July? I thought it would be fun to try a patriotic floral card with the Impressions Abloom dies paired with the new Layered Thoughts stamp set.
At first I thought I was going to make a side-fold card but realized that I wanted to use the Layered Thoughts stamp set and a top-fold worked better. I used the Real Red stripes from the new Regals 6"x6" DSP. Everything else was cut with White Willow, Real Red, Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight, and Garden Green card stock. I stamped my sentiment in the oval frame with Night of Navy ink. A few rhinestone gems finished off this card.
BTW, you might see this on my socials with the #GDP503 for the Global Design Team's Flowers challenge.
With the Month by Month Virtual Album Retreat coming soon, I decided that I was going to use this bundle to scrapbook my 2025 stories, memories, and photos, so I made a title page with A Year of Flowers bundle.
I used Regals Stampin' Write Markers to color my flowers and decided on Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for my cardstock (plus Basic White and Black). I used a piece of Floral Impressions DSP for interest. The 2025 banner was stamped with one of the stamps in the virtual album retreat bundle.
It's not too late to order you virtual album retreat bundle! You can find it HERE by searching for virtual album retreat or item number 167338.
Recently I hosted a stamp camp where we made 12 cards featuring A Year of Flowers bundle (stamp set and dies) with Regals cardstock and 6"x6" DSP.
Happy National Sunglasses Day!
At my recent virtual retreat, I taught the participants how to create this layout using only 6"x6" squares of the Impressions Abloom DSP and the coordinating stamp set/dies. (They did have to add their own 12"x12" White Willow cardstock base pages.)
It was a great way for me to scrapbook my fun spring break earlier this year!
Sorry for the glare, but I taught the participants how to use flip flaps to add more photos to their pages, so I needed to put the layout into the memory protectors.
Here are the flip flaps opened up to show more photos.
Please reach out to me if you'd like to know more!
Recently I collaborated with 6 other Stampin' Up! demonstrators to host a virtual retreat (that I thought was a LOT of fun). We kicked off our event with a "mystery stamping" evening where we followed directions (or not) to create a card. I love how different everyone's are but how you can see the theme throughout.
I used the Impressions Abloom bundle and added Garden Green, Timid Tiger, and Strawberry Slush cardstock.
An extra strip of DSP finished off the inside.
Did you know that Flip Flaps can be used on cards too? I made a fun shaker card by adding a flip flap to my card. (Sorry for the glare.)
I used the Celebratory Sips DSP (and cut out a drink from the paper to shake around in the flap) and added a scrap of Full of Life DSP that coordinated nicely. I added some sequins from my stash (and they will fall out of the flap but are easy to put back in if necessary).
Does the arch die look a little like a glass to you? I added a leaf garnish die cut from the Impressions Abloom bundle and stamped Celebrate in Blackberry Ink from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set.
The adhesive strip of the flip flap is on the inside of the card base and under the white liner (not on the back of the card). Don't forget to accent the inside of your card and the coordinating envelope to make your project extra special!
Here is another card made with the Beautiful Gallery suite, featuring the Beautiful Motifs dies and coordinating stamp set. (Remember, all suite items are on sale BOGO 50% off this month only!)
I stamped the floral tapestry stamp on the center of the Very Vanilla panel with Old Olive ink and then used a blending brush to add more color. I then die cut the Beautiful Motifs die, which only partially cuts the leaves. (You can see the Old Olive card stock panel underneath). I adhered the panel to a top-fold Granny Green cardstock card.Be sure to add a Very Vanilla stamped panel to the inside of the card and stamp the envelop too!
NOTE: This suite and its products will be on sale (BOGO 50%) starting 6/3 and running through the end of the month!
This simple cards uses the gorgeous fern die cut from the Beautiful Motifs dies. I cut it three times, twice on each side of Olive Two-Tone cardstock and once on Old Olive Seasons of Elegance DSP. If you look closely, you can see a few gold flecks on the Seasons of Elegance DSP.
I stamped the sentiment with Old Olive on the front of this Very Vanilla panel, attached a Basic Beige ribbon bow, and then added the panel to the front of a Mossy Meadow card base. Honestly, I love the simplicity and beauty of this card. I hope that you do, too!
NOTE: This suite and its products will be on sale (BOGO 50%) starting 6/3 and running through the end of the month!
This card was inspired by another demonstrator's card. To me, it looks like three windows looking out at the sea.
To create this card, I cut three arches out of one piece of the boating scene of Beautiful Gallery 6"x6" DSP (cut down to 5.25"x4"). I then cut three arches of the next larger die out of Pecan Pie cardstock, then layered the arches onto the back of the DSP. Three Pressed Flower Motifs gems finished off the card front which was adhered to a Very Vanilla card base.
Not shown, but I added a strip of the DSP to the inside of the card to finish it nicely.
NOTE: This suite and its products will be on sale (BOGO 50%) starting 6/3 and running through the end of the month!
Who can resist a sale? From now until the end of the month, Stampin' Up! is offering a BOGO (Buy One/Get One) 50% off on all suite products! The Beautiful Gallery suite is absolutely gorgeous! I enjoyed making this simple card with a floral pattern from the Beautiful Gallery 6"x6" DSP framed with Very Vanilla die cut with the Gallery Blooms dies.
I will be featuring this suite in my July classes, at my home or yours. I am also going to be working on a heritage album with this suite. Is anyone interested in joining me?
NOTE: This suite and its products will be on sale (BOGO 50%) starting 6/3 and running through the end of the month!
If you love Stampin' Up! products, did you know that you could receive a (minimum) 20% off all of your orders if you became a Stampin' Up! demonstrator? Many people join as hobbyists just for the discount. Tomorrow is the last day to receive $165 in products with the starter kit price of only $99.
Stampin' Up! is hosting our first ever virtual album retreat, a Month by Month 24-page workshop (12 two-page 12"x12" layouts), online July 16-18 (with videos available after the live demonstrations), and you can purchase this amazing product bundle (which also automatically registers you for the event) starting today!
This concept was a staple with Close To My Heart that has been carried over to Stampin' Up! I have participated in two of these past events, and they were totally worth the experience! Almost everything comes precut and packaged like kits. You will learn so many new techniques and creative ways to use the included products (which I suspect will include a new stamp set).
Anyone who purchases the virtual retreat through me will also get supplies and instructions a bonus opening and closing page for their albums as one of my appreciation gifts. You can use Stampin' Rewards toward the purchase, and you will earn Stampin' Rewards on this purchase.
Please let me know if you have any questions! Learn more with this PDF and view the sample layouts HERE. I hope you'll join me!
Have you seen our 6"x8" mini album and Memories & More pocket cards? Did you know that you can use these pocket cards on cards? We sell a package of 10 each (20 total) white cards and envelopes that fit the 3"x4" and 4"x6" pocket cards perfectly!
I used the new Celebration Expressions cards paired with the Layered Thoughts stamp set and black ink. For both cards, I fussy cut elements from another card (or with the balloons, from the part that is covered by the stripes). For the large card, I distressed the edges of the pocket card with Berry Burst ink using the direct-to-paper technique to give it a little more interest.
I love how I can use "card" products for memory keeping and "scrapbooking" products for cards!
